CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Not sure about your order? Cancel within 48 hours with no hassle. However, cancellations after 48 hours will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee.
HOW DO I PLACE MY ORDER?
If a product is available at the time, you can easily place an order by adding items into your shopping basket through “ADD TO CART”. After you confirm the order, you’ll receive an official invoice with payment instructions. After making a payment, your order is finalized. If for some reasons we cannot process your order, you’ll receive an email notification from us. We accept payment through USD Wire transfers and BTC.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
At Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. ("Zhaoxin") we offer our customers a 90 days warranty for every product on sale. In case of any technical problems the device occurs, we will forward you a step-by-step instructions to troubleshoot the hardware. If the device was found to be faulty, Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. will proceed to send a replacement for repair after receiving video proof on the product faulty.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY A WARRANTY?
The warranty becomes null and void in following cases:
Customer removes/replaces any components by himself without receiving permission from Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd..
Damage caused by poor power supply, lightning or voltage surges.
Burnt parts on hash boards or chips.
Miner/boards/components damage due to a wet environment or water immersion.
HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
All products are delivered usually within a 1 to 4 weeks period to the delivery address specified by the Purchaser, change in the address can be arranged upon timely request. All products are shipped from our distribution centre and all shipments fees are calculated during checkout and applied before payment is made.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY DATE?
The delivery date is for information purposes only and may be extended due to the high volume of requests. In such case Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. will notify you in advance via email. The customer is not entitled to refuse acceptance of purchased products.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Refunds are available only if Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. fails to ship a product. Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. will not issue a refund on a product that is received in a sub-satisfactory or faulty condition, for any failures by the Dealer to deliver on time, or changes in profitability due to market conditions. Please review the individual dealer’s refund policy or warranty, as that may be your only potential method for financial, legal or property recovery in the event you are not completely satisfied with your order except as otherwise listed in these Terms. If a refund must be made it will be in Bitcoin (BTC) payment for the original value of the product at the time of sale.

Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. currently accepts BTC, Credit Card and Wire Transfer, we are also always looking to accept new cryptocurrencies payments as well. Once an order is placed and a payment method is selected, the user will receive an invoice with instructions on how to complete their payment or for crypto payments, then an onsite payment QR code will be generated. payment must be received and at least one confirmation within 20 minutes after the invoice is generated or else the order will be cancelled. Crypto invoices will expire after this time frame due to the fluctuations in the exchange rates. The Order will be cancelled if payment is not received timely. If your payment has been made but the order still shows cancelled please contact our customer service. Once payment is received, the Order will be confirmed and Buyers will receive a confirmation email memorializing the transaction.
