When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to a refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. SHIPPING
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us undelivered. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order processing will not begin until we have received a confirmed order and full payment.
REFUNDS/RETURNS/REPAIRS POLICY
No refunds can be given on imported goods, Should you for any reason wish to cancel your locally sourced purchase (e.g. GPU Rigs) you are not entire to get back the funding unless there are some special case which we will decide for the final decision. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 14 calendar days.
All repairs done if not paid for, will result in the items being discarded. If Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. pays on your behalf and you do not pay for the repairs,Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. reserves the right to sell the entire unit to recover costs and Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. will not be held liable for damage or loss.
* Note: Shanghai Zhaoxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. recommends that you use DHL, Globeflight or FedEx for all returns as these companies offer shipment tracking through a 24-hour customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost, no refund or return will be considered.
International customers should make use of a courier service that offers:
1. Shipment tracking and;
2. ensures your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipment, failing which loss or damage will be for your account.
